Sales rep Sean Barret turned what should have been a simple trade in upgrade into a nightmare of epic proportion. His assistance in "fixing" the problem only made it worse! Buyer beware, we were also told that sales reps aren't obligated to tell you that they automatically add insurance on every purchase, and the customer must be smart enough to catch it and cancel online. We will NEVER come to this store again
