  They didn't have the items I was looking for so I was already disappointed but brushed it off and found something else, no biggie. But then we go to check out and the girl working the register was just incompetent. She couldn't ring the items up properly, then couldn't set the date for balloon pick-up, then she called her manager up twice because she messed up something else. So they figure it out, everything's fine and tell us to have a great day and happy holidays without ever giving us the items we purched. We had to ASK for our bag. I'm looking elsewhere for the items I originally wanted and will be returning these. Two thumbs way down.
