I have had a lot of work done by Men At Work and it it always turns out great! I had a house fire and they repainted my whole house and you would never be able to tell we had a fire! They're always on time and very friendly. I will hire them to do more work in the future for sure!

Tim originally communicated with me well to set something up and to take care of small miscellaneous things I’ve been meaning to get to, and when we originally met I was told verbally that he charges $30 an hour. Then, he decided to also break down by projects as well, he said he will charge me whichever is cheaper. So since what he told me was $30 an hour (also stated in his email) before doing anywork, I went ahead with it. He called me the day of and stated his guy is along with him. That is all he had stated. Come to find out after he tells me the final bill and I did the math myself, he was instead charging me $60 an hour because he brought his guy with him (which did not correctly hang a couple of things up, one was crooked and the other was not where I told him to put it). Anyways, at NO point did Tim ever decide to tell me that his hourly rate was per person and based on what he had told me both through email and verbally, he told me his rate was $30 an hour with NO mention of PER PERSON. He said if he was by himself it would take him the same amount of time anyways, but his “other guy” did not seem to have quite the same work ethic, so that’s debatable! I mentioned to him we could both compromise by agreeing upon $45 an hour for the time both him and his guy was working as he never clarified but he said he doesn’t think he’s in the wrong, yet stated that he was sorry for any misunderstandings. Essentially, he recognized that there was a misunderstanding (due to his lack of clarification) but REFUSED TO FIX IT. Would never recommend to anyone, but all I’m looking for is to just take care of this and agree upon something this issue! I understand there’s a business to be ran, however as a business owner you would think you’d own up to your own mistakes. Keep in mind, I was only expecting to pay $30 and his $60 hourly rate was doubled without him even mentioning that to me. I’d be more than happy to discuss this more so we can both move on.
